Lets start off with a brief description of what is DxSale and what makes it superior or different than other Launchpads? I believe you are also the only Launchpad focusing on BSC coins, as well?

Sure so i’ll start with the brief description.

DxSale vision is to provide the best user experience of the token journey.

I define the Token journey as anything that has to do with care-taking the token itself. This could be minting, raising capital, locking. So taking the vision further into an “actionable statement” — we are a cross-chain token management platform as a service aimed at maturing and evolving the ecosystem of blockchains.

Our Uniqueness comes from our overall design of our dApp and our long term strategy. We launched in Aug 2020 with the intent of making it very easy to launch while providing security and scale that out so that we can integrate with multiple chains in days. This is just starting to show. It took us DAYS to onboard BSC where it would take others WEEKS or months, this is not an accident. This gives us great competitive advantage to onboard other chains very easily to facilitate their Blockchain strategy to onboard more DeFi dApps to their ecosystem with high security and assurance. These are the primary reasons why we were able to land real partnerships with ZIL & Matic. Matic integration will be launching on Feb 28th.

The second thing that makes us unique is our infinity yield staking system that will grow as it “sucks in” revenue from all chains and dApps.

Another thing is our launchpad is very unique as it’s truly decentralized, the form data is on the chain. No google forms etc. Users can change and update their presale desc. logo. It automatically locks a portion based on user input and launches to Uniswap through the DAO. So everything happens through one DAO form. Something that takes hours will only now take minutes.

I am curious why did you pick Matic and Zilliqa for partners? What benefits do they offer your platform?

Matic is transitioning to internet of blockchains like Polkadot with their rebrand & are also looking to grow their dApps ecosystem. Our objectives heavily aligned and partnership was made after we had demod our ETH product.

ZIL is it’s own blockchain and not a scaling solution. Our partnership is based on providing seamless onboarding tool to help grow their internal ecosystem. We are internally demoing our ZIL solutions to them as well and once approved we will update our community with a launch date.

In essence, blockchains greatly benefit from our cross app to onboard more developers quickly to their ecosystem so they can focus on the product.

This build from scratch philosophies has allowed me to line up further blockchain partners for March and April that are being finalized. Top 10 CMC chains are involved

I was going through your website and it seems the Launchpad is all set to go. Do you have any Projects interested on doing a Sale on your platform?

I haven’t received anything or know, we are just starting our marketing. The dApp is decentralized and we can’t stop anyone to start/stop a presale. We don’t vet either, the DAO ensures % of liquidity is always locked in each presales. The user can decide what that % will be. It’s up to investors to research but they can be assured the main launchpad won’t have rugs.

More importantly, our strategy overall is to gather developers from hackathons, chain dev groups to spread knowledge of the tool. I believe this will lead us to success as opposed to chasing down presales projects and asking them to join etc.

The Launchpad mechanics are automatic? So Anyone can manually launch their Sale on your platform without interacting with the team?

yes, this has always been ignored. It’s all automated through smart contract, 100% decentralized.And it’s all interconnected with our Locker & launchpad for Uniswap, Pancakeswap and soon, Quickswap, & Zilswap etc based on the wallet you are connected to.

So a fully decentralized Launchpad. Can you show us a Demo of your product? Is there a video where we can see the steps a project goes through to onboard on your platform?

Good presales depend on Hype and demand. Considering the sales on your launchpad will be decentralized, how will they generate the hype Polkastarter and Falconswap IDOs for example have prestige associated with previous IDOs that have done extremely well. Why would a project choose DxSale over Polkastarter(which is a guaranteed success)?

In short it’s like being listed on Binance vs listing on Uniswap.

I see DxSale as the power to the people; regardless of age, gender, geographical location, religion — you can start your venture in crypto. Anyone can become an investor and provide capital for tokens. You don’t need to have x tokens to be a participant. You don’t need to meet certain requirements etc.

You can also have very little tokens to earn revenue from every sale and lock that occurs on this platform as well. it’s a journey and we are here for the long run to make it a success. With the right backing that it is starting to get, I see a bright future for 2021.

Fair enough. What about branding associated with DxSale? I am sure your first Sale will do well. The Matic and Zilliqa Partnership definitely adds prestige to your project but how will you be the “Decentralized Polkastarter”? We are investors and we want high ROI. Can you tell us a little bit about your branding and marketing strategy?

Excellent question. Not everything will be a success, just like not every UniSwap project is successful.

Branding
— Because of our partners we are adding a “Professionalism” to our brand. We also gained a lot of rep by providing HATCH DAO users free SALE to gain trust.
— Each onboarding partner is first mover advantage for our project which will cerate a brand of expert developers in this space looking to add value to the overall ecosystem.

Marketing
— We are marketing as a professional launchpad where customers are Billion Dollar Blockchains so they can grow their DeFi ecosystem. This marketing has several advantages as it brings us connections to various parties, not possible before.

- Secondly, we are marketing ourselves by doing AMAs & building out our own dev telegram to help new developers launch tokens on our platform. In the future we will be building a decentralized marketing platform within DxSale to connect launches with influencers for their projects.

Are you worried that projects that might as well be considered “shitcoins” or “low tier” would do a Sale on your Platform and the performance in terms of ROI could be reflected on DxSale?

Again it’s going back to that Uniswap analogy… there are valuable projects on Uniswap and a hoard of shitcoins. The philosophy behind decentralization is that users decide what is a success based on DD.

There definently will be shitcoins but there also will be gems that launch through us, because of the time they save, simplicity and other decentralized tools that we will be adding to provide value to SALEs

Can the DxSale team kick out certain Public Sales?

We cannot kick anyone as the platform is decentralized. However we ensure that liquidity locking occurs with every launch and we ensure that presales that fail will allow users to safely refund their investments.

What about in terms of security and rug pulls? Can DxSale stop scams since it is decentralized?

Step 8 will ensure that rugs are not possible. It will be listed on Uniswap, pancake, etc. based on network. They can however run away with the ETH that they did raise unless you do a governance decentralized preasle that we also offer — which is based off Capital Venture “Seed Rounds”.

This is where the ETH raised is locked at different times of the year. There is a vote with your token shareholders to determine if you the project will continue to get ETH or they haven’t lived up to the expectation and are refunded the remaining ETH.

This governance pre-sale is based on sound capital venture principles that is also truly decentralized

How does the DxSale team make money? How are the fees on launching on DxSale?

Every dApp will have a fee associated with it, this fee will be our revenue overall that will be split among the stakers and our team for ongoing operations. Lockers — fixed fee. Launchpad is 2% of raised funds. Currently the fees have been lowered to provide best rates in market.

Our strategy is to focus on driving user adoption over revenue generation at this time. See Phases below.

Did you integrate with BSC today? How will this benefit the BSC ecosystem Many projects integrate with BSC. How is DxSale leveraged by integrating with them?

Yes the locker is integrated today. Teams can lock.

Currently BSC has no liquidity locker which gives us an opportunity to provide that to users who want to gain trust. The launchpad will be live on 23rd. We have aligned ourselves with multiple influencers on BSC to set a standard once the launchpad is live on 23rd. Any presale using our Launchpad for BSC can provide a guarantee to its investors that rug will not occur. This will remove all rug projects from our app as well as scammers won’t be interested in launching on DxSale.

So on the 23rd, BSC Public Sales can take place on the DxSale Launchpad?

yes it’s will be on the same app — dxsale.app just change the wallet network to BSC. Once the network is changed, data across the apps will change to reflect the network. Very Seamless user experience.

Can you explain the utility of your token $SALE? What is its main function and where will the demand come for it? Why should we as investors buy & HODL $SALE?

The utility will grow as we embark on our journey. Ideas are there.

1) Infinity Staking — earning revenue and token airdrops from sales
2) Governance voting
3) Discounts, Banners and anything associated to app will have SALE association
4) We will also have tier programs for decentralized Private Sales thought out as well

The team is anon. How can we trust you? Have you ever done KYC with a 3rd party?

The partners we have now covers the trust and reliability as they do know our identities. We have also done everything we can in terms of burning, ownership etc, to gain trust. We will also audit our smart contracts so you don’t have to trust anyone but the code. Just to clarify further, BSC was an integration, we never called it a partnership. ZIL & Matic however are B2B partnerships. This distinction is important because we demo a feature to our partners when ready, get blessing and guidance before launching to Mainnet. We also work together on strategizing how we can effectively onboard users to build dApps on their chain. Our platform is an easy way to get that process started and grow their ecosystem seamlessly.

Tell us your token metrics:

Because DxLock launched today, we are planning on migrating some of our locked tokens that unlocked recently to our own platform. Once this is done today or tomorrow we will have a detailed medium updating everyone on the tokenomics including circulating supply and total supply. As of right now our estimates are close to 17 million circulating tokens and a total supply of 53,456,881 (89,683,486–20,926,605–15,300,000). That means our dilluted market cap currently is 14.65M. Our current circulating market cap is 4.65M. Our current staked (effectively locked) market cap is 657,600

- There is a project that has a token but is very centralized, even tho it has tokens — asks payment for promotion but doesn’t give back to token holders and power abuses its authority by being selective. Its market cap is roughly 36M. I’m very passionate about overtaking it and setting a better standard for the industry since they have yet to really innovate for a year now.

- DxSwap — we don’t want to compete with other swaps, mainly because there’s too many and I prefer to collaborate. DxSwap will provide a single point of view to all cross-swaps apps in one place, utilize their liquidity and add some sprinkles of our own around it that helps traders. Users will find it very convenient.
